I’ve honed in on the key elements that create an uplifting, supportive environment for self-development and empowering fitness.

I’m a coach who works with ALL bodies who want to grow and build their strength and confidence in a supportive environment that centers your unique experiences! No more feeling left out or held back by fitness industry norms. I’m all about helping you overcome barriers, restore your faith in your body and the fitness industry, and celebrate all the incredible things we can do together.

Functional Fitness Focussed

My focus is on getting your mindset and your body prepared for the demands of everyday life. This will look different for each person, as we all have different lives to navigate. Whether you're a competitive athlete, have a physical job, or you’re someone who wants to feel more confident doing everyday tasks, functional fitness can help you achieve your goals. I prioritise strength, coordination, cardiovascular health, balance and mobility - all key components for a healthy and active lifestyle.

Trauma Informed Exercise

I take a trauma-informed approach to fitness, grounded in safety, trust, collaboration, and empowerment. As a certified Trauma-Informed Exercise Provider, I understand how deeply trauma can affect your relationship with movement and your body. I’m here to help you navigate those challenges, creating a space that allows you to participate. By working together, we’ll identify your unique needs and create a fitness plan that feels good for you – both physically and mentally.

Non-judgemental Coaching

I'll help you identify what you want, what's stopping you from getting there, and help you create an actionable plan to make it happen. This 120 minute session will help you navigate the wild world of personal growth and self-development leaving you ready to take control of your future.

WHAT'S IT LIKE TRAINING WITH TALIA?

It's my belief being fit and healthy gives us the ability to be able climb physical and metaphorical mountains. And when we get to the top? The view takes our breath away, not the climb.

My aim is to encourage you to celebrate your body and live each day with energy and vitality.  Informed by my degree in Psychology and Sociology and 5+ years as a fitness professional, my approach to training focuses on your internal world just as much as your external world because we all know happy = healthy.


I help my clients make positive and sustainable behavioural changes to achieve fitness goals and improve overall well-being. My background in psychology gives me a deeper understanding of my clients, and allows me to help them change unhelpful habits and build confidence. This might include a 'prescription' for some sunlight in the morning, assistance overcoming fitness barriers or blocks, or help to set useful and motivating goals. I am committed to making this space an enjoyable and healthy environment for women and LGBTQ+.  It is important to note: I operate a 'no shame' policy. For more information on this, please visit the blog page of this website.
