PUBLIC CLASS TIMETABLE

The classes I host around Brighton. These are subject to change, so keep an eye on Instagram for live updates.

MONDAYS

6:15am + 7:30am

Functional Fitness

Learn to utilise your own body to pull, push, lunge, squat, bend and rotate. As well as improve overall strength and fitness levels. This class will create bodies that move better & feel better.

TUESDAYS & THURSDAYS

7.15am

HIIT x Conditioning 

This varied class will keep you light on your toes and feeling like an athlete!  Making use of functional movements and high-intensity intervals, this is an opportunity to further improve your fitness across the board. Book through the Energy For Life website

FRIDAYS

7:15am (Mid April - September)

Sun, Stretch, & Sweat

Start the day with sunlight and movement. This class is 60% mobility, 30% playful pulse-raising movement and 10% somatic release & relaxation. Somewhere in between an exercise class and taking your inner child outside to play in the park.

SATURDAYS

8:30am (June - September only)

Outdoor Energy

These group classes take place outdoors in Queens Park on the grass by the Clock Tower. Expect varied movements, games, challenges, and high-energy playful exercise. Book via the Energy For Life website.

All sessions and suitable for beginners and can be adapted to suit a variety of abilities.
