WALK, RUN, FLY is a workshop designed to help people who find exercise overwhelming or uninspiring. We're stripping it back to basics and focussing on the fundamentals of exercise, for a fresh start in this wild world of wellness.
Over the course of the workshop, you’ll learn to feel empowered in your body, and build confidence with movement. All with the guidance of the supportive, trauma-informed, queer P.E. teacher your younger self deserved.
Practicing the fundamentals of movement in this fun and supportive space will help you solidify, evolve, or completely rewire your relationship with exercise. The goal is to feel more competent and at ease in your body’s capacity for movement. By building a strong foundation, you will be able to go forth and enjoy the thrill of movement, just for the sake of it.
